Detailed information on the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

3. Retention periods

Contact data will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, thereafter, for the applicable legal limitation periods (generally up to 3 years for personal actions). Web analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, in accordance with the active service configuration.

Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is disclosed only to the following data processors providing infrastructure and analytics services:

5. International data transfers

Google LLC is established in the United States. Transfers of data to Google are made on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Implementing Decision 2021/914), which provide adequate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. Google is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) approved by the European Commission in July 2023.

You may exercise the following rights by writing to hola@useglia.com, clearly indicating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of your identity document:

7. Minors

This website is primarily directed at adults (families, professionals and schools). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 years of age through this website. If you believe a minor has provided data without authorisation, please contact us at hola@useglia.com for immediate deletion.

The GLIA product (useglia.app) has its own safeguards for the processing of minors' data, described in the application's terms of service.

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative changes or service updates. We will inform you of material changes through a prominent notice on the website or by email if we hold your address.
